At Kulpy, each piece is crafted with care. Since we operate on limited drops, we do not accept returns. However, we do allow exchanges if you receive the wrong product.
No Returns
We do not offer returns on any orders, as our collections are made in limited quantities. Please check sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Eligibility (Wrong Product Received)
If you receive a wrong item (different size, color, or design than ordered), we’ll exchange it at no additional cost. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item received. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

No Refunds
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, except in rare cases where a replacement item is unavailable.
